CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Because RB Co. operates in a private, one-on-one setting, we schedule only one client at a time. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* No-call/no-show appointments: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
* The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
